Uni-Fusion™ technology for ultimate life span

The top surface of all ErgoStep™ mats are laminated onto a micro-cellular vinyl foam bottom using Uni-Fusion™ technology. Uni-Fusion™ is a process where a finely tuned combination of heat and pressure unite the materials so that they are virtually impossible to separate, making the mats withstand even extremely harsch working environments. In addition to the superior economic life span, Uni-Fusion™ laminated mats are a far better environmental alternative than similarly looking mats that have been glued.

RedStop™ backing with super friction

All ErgoStep™ mats have RedStop™ backing - a new and revolutionary technology that virtually eliminates the risk of sliding mats.

RedStop™ provides an extreme friction between the back side of the mat and a clean and dry floor surface, where the mat is kept still without leaving any adhesive residues. Optimal effect is achieved on smooth floors such as plain, painted or epoxy coated concrete, linoleum or ceramic tiles.

RedStop™ is environmentally friendly, free from DOP, ozone depleting substances, silicone and heavy metals. It is manufactured using recycled materials in an ISO14001 certified production and adheres to REACH standards.

The poduct is tested and approved by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) in the USA. It exceeds the coefficient of friction (SCOF) recommended by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the USA.
